The NCHMCT will conduct Compulsory Online Mock Test to prepare B.Sc. Sem-I & M.Sc. Sem-I (Regular and Re-appear) students for the Final Online Term-End Examinations of 2020-21 academic year. Schedule for the Online Mock Test and Online Final Exam is as follows:

The log in will open at 10 am sharp, no student will be able to log in after 10:40 am. This mock exam will be of 30 minutes.
The mock test will be accessible at https://cocubes.in/NCHM-TEE
Students can attempt the online mock/ final exam from their laptop/ desktop or mobile phone having Google Chrome browser, minimum 2mbps internet speed and having a microphone and camera. This software will NOT work on iOS or Apple operating system devices. Detailed instructions have been provided for students’ information which you must read and comply.
The online exam will be of 2 hr/120 mins duration, contain 50 Multiple Choice Questions and divided into two parts A and B. Part A will have 20 MCQs of 02 marks each and part B will have 30 MCQs of 01 mark each (no negative marking). Hence each subject Question Paper will be of 70 marks while 30 marks will comprise mid-term marks.
Students will login to the exam through https://cocubes.in/NCHM-TEE which will lead to a home page where students will be asked to fill all details. The exams will be conducted as per the date sheet and NO RETEST will be done under any circumstances. Read and follow attached instructions carefully:

Password and passkey for the exam will be sent to students on their registered phone number and email, a day before the exam. Mock test has been organized to familiarize students with the test procedure and to check device and software compatibility. Students are not allowed to switch exam windows during exam, if they leave the exam window more than 6 times, their exam will get submitted automatically. Any notification, message or call during the exam will be considered as a window switch; Students must follow the instructions given and prepare their device for the exam. Students will be monitored by the invigilators at the back end through their device camera. Students exam will be cancelled if found guilty of having adopted unfair means. Students must switch off all other incoming SMS, Whatsapp messages, phone calls, all notifications on their phone device. Student must not switch out of their camera frame after starting the exam. Students are advised to take the mock test and final exam on the same device so that they are familiar with the connectivity, tools and keys.
Please note that the examinations forms attached are for use of Reappear candidates only as the Exam forms for Regular candidates of all the courses are to be submitted through THIMS only. In order to ensure smooth conduct of exams and other related activities, you are requested to adhere to the followings:
a) Duly filled exam forms of all re-appear students be scanned at your end and only soft copy of these forms be sent to NCHM. Hard copy of exam forms be retained in the institute only.
b) A list of Students appearing in the examinations be also sent to NCHM in the excel sheet (Performa attached) by very next day to the last date of filling up of the examinations form of concerned course e.g. if the last of filling up of exams forms for SEM III of B.Sc. Course with late fee is 08.11.2021, the verified and final data of such students should reach NCHM on 09.11.2021 positively.
c.) No candidate would send the exam forms directly to NCHMCT.
Kindly note that backlog assignments of students whose assignments were not updated yet and they have completed their maximum duration (6 years) of the BHM programme.
Registrar, SED, IGNOU has given instruction that in further no such award list of assignments for backlog students will be accepted. Hence, kindly send your assignments to the IGNOU within 5 working days.

💥Last Chance💥 Remaining Students kindly note (Kulwant, Satyam & Ekta) It is observed by the Council that even after giving repeated instruction about the registration of newly admitted students in B.Sc. H&HA & M.Sc. HA Program ,all have not been register with IGNOU .Even it has been reported by IGNOU that, in many of the cases incorrect date of birth have been entered .
It may be noted that if a student is not registered with IGNOU, he /she will not be considered as an enrolled student. In such case the student will lose one Academic year.
As requested IGNOU to open their portal for another two to three days time only. Institutions are accordingly requested to complete registration of all the students of 1st year without any omission. It may also noted that ,there after IGNOU portal will be finally closed and as informed by them no further request for registration of any student will be entertained by them.
